What If I Fail? Part 3

"Real success happens to you as soon as you start reaching out to help others in any way you can."

  • Look beyond money and other material gains.

How do you know if you have succeeded? Success must go beyond acquisition of money and material possessions. You need to have a strong moral foundation of values and purpose to sustain your success. In the midst of your material acquisition and enjoyment of nice things that money can buy, remember that money and other material gains are only by-products of what you want to become. People confined to material success are never satisfied and cannot find true happiness. These are the people who commit mistakes that violate who they want to be and do not even realize it.
    Remember the greatest commandments:
“You shall love the Lord your God with your whole heart, with your whole soul, and with all your mind” (Deuteronomy 6:5). “This is the greatest and first commandment. The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’” (Leviticus 19:18). These commandments are the two-sided coin of charity. Every loving act towards others is an expression of love for God. These commandments defines how you can achieve an all-encompassing and enduring success.

Real success happens to you as soon as you start reaching out to help others in any way you can.
